Description
Simple Japanese design in black, white and gold. Use the pilgrim patch on your backpack or your trekking pants, tilley hat, packing bags, jacket sleeve or wherever you like. The patch works very well as a bookmark too!
The Japanese text ‘Dōgyō Ninin’ means ’walking together’. Spiritually this means Kōbō Daishi (the monk who founded Shikoku 88 pilgrimage) walks with you on your pilgrimage and that he will be with you in difficult times. Maybe you recognize the text from your traditional henro walking stick Kongōzue where Dōgyō Ninin is one of the inscriptions. You will also find it along the difficult passages of the pilgrimage.
Specifications

The patches do come with iron on – but we guarantee it does not last for a whole Shikoku 88 pilgrimage! We have tested a lot, and we recommend you sew them on following our guide
